MSJ provided a full architectural, structural and party wall service for the renovation and side extension of detached property within Conservation area.

The property was remodelled and extended to create spacious family room and kitchen. The extension fitted seamlessly to the existing building, creating flexible space for modern family leaving.

As the proposal was fairly straight forward, technical specifications were developed during planning stages which allowed the Client to engage with builders early in the process, thus resulting in an efficient delivery of building project.
